At the 3A West Cross Country regional meet held on Saturday, Oct. 29th at Murray’s Mill, Catawba, NC Quinn Barnette finished 8th overall with his best time of the year – 17:41.0 – and missed qualifying for the state meet by 1 spot. Jenna Rayfield, who finished 30th overall, was the top ladies finisher for South Point with her best time of the year – 22:43.4. In fact all the South Point runners had their personal best times of the year. The men’s team finished 11th overall and the ladies team finished 13th overall.
